Hi all, im new on here but ive owned a MULTIAMP for a couple of months now and love the thing. I am trying to get into midi for the first time so am after some help from some of the more knowledgable people on here. ive just bought a rolls midi buddy so that I can change patches which comes with a limited one page supplement to explain how to use it, but the MULTIAMP midi section in the book gives even less information. I'd really appreciate some help, as being new to midi I haven't got a clue where to start, any advice would be great!! Thanks  |

yes I have the v3.0, that's what it says when it powers up anyway.

hi, that's been really helpful but i'm still struggling. i've set my midi buddy to channel 1 and the MA to channel 0 on the midi address section so the two should be communicating now. ive then tried to use the preset/patch mapping to program the changes, however nothing. the only thing I can think of is that im not linking the right patches to the correct midi number? Ive got my patches saved under user 3 so i'm guessing that somehow i'd have to identify those patches by a number. I'm confused as to how you do that and specify user 3 as each bank has 127 available patches?
sorry if that sounds confusing, its all new to me. Many thanks for your help so far.
