Hi guys
Sorry to bother you all. Big sh** in little China.
I just blew the T4AL fuse on my MA.
The thing is it started off (playing at bedroom level) with one of the "led" indicator lamps on the gain knob flickering when i turned the presence knob. The sound coming out of the MA was totaly different to yesterdays. Like one of the eq settings was set to full throttle. You know like a fuzzy growling sound.
Next, probably the most stupid thing i could do was change the output setting to mono/bridge. Yes shoot me, i put the right signal cable in the only for cabinet link socket on the C212 cab. The sound out of the MA started squeeling at a very low volume and then a pop and it died on me.
Could you please, please tell me if you have had or heard of a similar problem or if i screwed up by not removing the right signal cable.
And what's the "only for cabinet link" socket exactly used for?
I've not yet changed the fuse cause i'm scared sh**less to do so and totaly kill of the MA.
THNX
JJ

Never had that kind of issue sorry. I think the best thing to do would be to email the DV mark support and ask them for advice. Is your MULTIAMP still under warranty ?

Never had that kind of issue sorry. I think the best thing to do would be to email the DV mark support and ask them for advice. Is your MULTIAMP still under warranty ? Thnx for your reply Shapfuh. Ainsley gave me Riccardo's adress. So I already sent him my plea for his advice. I don't expect a respons soon seeing everyone is complaining about the lack off. Well patience is a virtue ... In 2015 yeah right, £ $ €. I guess about the warranty i'm screwed big time. My girlfriend bought the MA secondhand off one or another director of Eastmann guitars in Belgium for my birthday back in september last year. The date 07/2013 is marked next to the sn n° at the back so it should still be under warranty but i doubt if DV will agree it being secondhand and on top of that the guy never posted the warranty card to DV. Well in any case if they don't, i'll send them the unit as a gift so they can work out what's wrong with it and help all you guys if you have the same problem in the future. Guess then i'm going back to genuine tube amps. Anyways, if you might hear of a solution, somehow somewhere over the rainbow, ya never know, please let me know. i kind a got into this MA but my enthousiasme got shot to the moon. T U later Shapfuh JJ
