Hi everyone,
Like many of you i'm fed up waisting time searching for even basic info on the MULTIAMP.
it's such a great device, so why oh why does DV not support their product as they should. They could have started off with a much more meaningfull manual to start of with.
When will DV wake up if more and more users get rid of the unit due to the lack of info/support.
Well, in the mean while i hope some of you guys can help me with some info.
My season's greetings to all of you.
JJ

There's just nothing out there other than reviews, even the Facebook page is real slow these days. It's just ads for launches or yet more MULTIAMP endorsees. Folk wait forever for an answer to questions and some don't even get answered at all.
Welcome aboard JJ.

All that said I can't see me ever replacing my little MULTIAMP. Even with a crap user guide, I still managed to get the best guitar tones with nearly no tweaking right out of the box. That's a credit to how well DV mark designed this unit. I think there's going to be a load of new info and updates coming from DV over the next few months. And lets not forget about NAMM2015 :-) New OS updates me thinks? Welcome to the board dude.

Welcome aboard ! On the bright side, the MULTIAMP is pretty simple to use so feel free to ask your questions. It's likely they will find an answer quickly.

I would like to use the remote control but i have the older version. So can I start off with asking you what kind of (type/nr ...) jumper is needed to bridge the usb. I've seen the pictures where it should be mounted but just want to be sure which exact one to use. Is there something to keep an eye out for when mountng the jumper. I was born with two left hands, had an operation and now have two right hands, so you know, I don't want to mess up the device. Thnx Sir

But the lack of decent info from the manufacterer seems odd for such a great product. That's why i started doubting DV. Anyway, i look forward to some new info and upgrades. Btw great tracks Mork. I'll be back with a couple of questions later if you don't mind. But first have to figure out how not to bore you to death with pages of how and why's. Type you later Mork. TC

Yeah i know it takes time to get the hang of it. It seems simple to use but i was a pedalboard guy and had hoped to get out of knobland a bit quicker. GRTZ JJ

Hi JJ, These are the ones I got, you can get short ones to exactly the same but these are easier to get hold of as longer. If I can do it anyone can, I'm not techy at all and have fat fingers. www.maplin.co.uk/p/jumper-pin-with-handle-a27gf
