How do you factory reset the DV Mark MULTIAMP?

I cannot find any documentation on resetting the DV Mark MULTIAMP, is it possible?

Hi There,
thanks for writing and for choosing DV Mark.

Modification on factory presets are not storable so there is not reset for them as they are always as by default.
What users can do is to modify factory presets (or create new own presets) and save them as USER presets in the USER Banks, at SYSTEM>FILE there is the option to ERASE the USER BANKs (one by one or all of them). Doing that the unit will be exactly as it was when leave our factory.

By default their setting is at 8, and Equalizer at 0.
