Switching patches in user 3 jumps to user 2

Dear all
I am a proud new owner of a DV Mark MULTIAMP (v.5.1).
It's a great sounding piece of kit, but I have a patch switching problem:
As I want to use the amp for both headphone practice and live, I have set up identical patches in user1 and user3 locations, differing only in that user 3 patches have the cabs slot on.
This worked initially ok, but now that I edited patches in user 3, and then saved them to user 1 with the same name (only the cab slot inactivated) I have an annoying bug; when I am in the user 3 bank and switch between patches with my midi board (ART X - 12 Midimaster), at some point I suddenly end up in the user1 bank.
Anybody else encounter this problem, and can tell me how to fix it or work around?

OK, found out what is wrong. It appears during the process of copying from one use to another, sometimes the user info gets copied,too. Once that patch is accessed, the used is switched.
I am not certain where I made the mistake during saving. But fixing this problem can be done by saving the affected patch again. I believe it is necessary in this case to also write the name again from scratch (or re-name). Since this "repair", no more problems jumping from one user to another.
