Problem: NO Sound from DI OUT XLR's - HELP!!

Hi, I bought a secondhanded MULTIAMP S 07/2015 model.

Sound great and all, BUT I get no sound from the DI out (neither from left/mono or right.)

The balanced di output is set to end of path, both both other options also gives no sound)

Is there something i overlook or is it a hardware problem?

(offcourse no need to say i doublechecked the connections.. the cable and connection is ok, just nothing from the multimap. Also not from the unbalanced jack outs...)
