Won't recognize the SD card no matter what I do. Trying to DL some files and "SD card not found" appears.
I've: Formated it Put the .BNK file on it Turned the unit on. LOL used the correct card 8g done this many times with the card tried different cards tried to store to the card and not found turned it off for a while and tried again turned it on with the card in
Basically card not found
No matter what I try nothing happens. It is a functioning card and I've tried many and get the same thing. The unit itself works fine. I have gotten pretty good at moving things around and customizing my banks, even leaving one empty to transfer files in and out so I think I have a good idea about the machine. Any clue what to? Im stumped. The only thing I have not done is taken it apart or called DV Mark since I bought it used. I will try them soon if no response or help .
Thanks so much everyone Nivek Marshall

Hi Nivek, I had the same problem. This is how I solved it:
- Use an SD card that is 4gb or less - Format the SD card (fat 32) using an older PC running Windows 7. Sounds silly, but I could not get it to work with a format conducted on a Windows 10 platform.
The MULTIAMP should now recognise the card.
Cheers! Paul

Thanks Paul, That was my next step, trying a smaller card. Sounds great, I will let you know how it works for me. I contacted Mark World and its warranty has expired long ago, just to see what they would say and have not heard anything from them. Bummer. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, I can confirm the above; formatting the card (FAT32) with an older Windows OS works!

HI. many MULTIAMP buyers have problems updating and loading new presets. the reason is MULTIAMP cannot see the SD card. I have a solution for them because it is written all over the world that you need to have Windows 7 to format the SD card and then MULTIAMP sees this card. WRONG ... you can have any system including Windows 10. Important note .... Please format your SD categories in EASEUS. is free and formats the card to FAT32 512kB that MULTIAMP can see. So the solution is to use card formatting in a good EASEUS program and our MULTIAMP will see it. It went without a problem for me and I struggled with it for over a year looking for old computers. UPGRADE 5.1 EASEUS WORKS
