PLEASE HELP.... I cant copy factory presets to user prests ?

please help.... I cant copy factory presets to user presets . When I first got the MULTIAMP  i was able to copy the the facTORy presetrs to user after watching endless videos and I forgot how to do it , now I just get the error
Message that you cant copy factory presets or edit them someone please help me ??  I really love this amp but I dont understand why they made this so f'n hard , every piecEof equipment I have ever owned ( IN 30 YEARS OF PLAYING )lets you easily copy a factory preset to a user preset

While you have your factory preset up on the screen press "store" and it will list all locations, choose where you want to put it lets say User bank 3 spot 1 is empty press enter and use the "Value" knob to spell what you want to call the preset and for the next letter, number or symbol press the "right arrow button" and then when finished press "enter"
This will keep the existing preset and make it to where you can name and edit and store the preset how ever you like.
