Quick question: How do you get the USB to work? Trying to use the Remote Control software. I got a USB connected to the PC running Windows 7 to the MULTIAMP, and when I start the Remote Control software it says "MULTIAMP not found"

Okay, figured out why the USB doesn't work. This production model, I have to manully apply a jumper. Bad news is it covered up by a ton of the rubber glue. :-(
This is an issue, I expect to be able to use all the functionality. Sigh....

Have you got any pics ? it's real easy to put the 'jumper' in place, will the rubber glue not just peel back ? mine did easily.

You need to add a jumper pin to the circuit, real easy to do.
