Help PLEASE! This is now the second MULTIAMP I've owned and it has the same issue as the first. Both bought from an online music store here in the USA. The issue is that any notes I hit or hit and bend on the high "B" or high "E" string all have a digital swirling artifacts. Almost like a Flanger. I've adjusted the padding, removed all but the Amp block. This happens on medium or high gain. I'm a huge fan of Andy James that's why I bought it. It has the latest software v3. Any help would be appreciated. I really don't want to have to return this amp again. THANKS!

I've noticed this thing too, in particular when you do harmonics with the tremolo bar! They'll probably solve this problem with the upcoming firmware, i don't thing it's anything serious to worry about

We'll you can try by selecting an hi-gain amp (for example the progressive or maybe another amp and boost it) and make an harmonic many times, if you use the whammy bar would also be better. You'll notice a very soft "swirl" in the sound. My suggestion is to play over and over the same armonic and listen very carefully. Anyway i don't think it's a huge problem, but i think we should tell that to riccardo or someone from DV Mark.

Thanks for the response. I have sent an email to DV Mark support, posted on DV Mark and MULTIAMP Facebook pages. So far this forum has been the only response. Honestly for the price tag of $1500 there should be NO swirl or digital artifacts. This is a professional grade amp, I expecte more, in my opinion.

Yes it's VERY frustrating the MULTIAMP and DV Mark FB pages, that's the reason I set up this place, try and get more of us together and share experiences. I LOVE MULTIAMP but there needs to be more support and info out there, all you kind find is promo stuff for the demo/launch nights and MULTIAMP endorsers. I was really tempted to sell mine recently just from pure frustration

I don't think it's a huge problem, it's something that we'll be easily solved with an update, the only thing is that they have to know it, so we should tell them. I agree with Ainsley; it's way easier and faster if you just ask directly to riccardo damiani or Marco De Virgilis via facebook.

Thanks Marco for the response!!!! I only have so many days if I want to return the amp. I really like the MULTIAMP, that's why I bought it again. :-). So, if your telling me that they are working on a new version that address this issue, I'll hold on to it. Don't know if you have a time frame or not. I have about 40 days until I can't return it.
THANKS again for taking the time out of your schedule!
THANKS also for everyone in this forum!
