MULTIAMP with an acoustic guitar

Has anybody ever used the MULTIAMP with an acoustic guitar?.

I used the DV MA with a single DV Mark 4x12 cab last weekend for an acoustic gig with my band. It sounded great and I received many compliments about my tone.

I used the Blaceface model with a little delay and compressor. It will work great.

Thanks so much for your answer. Could you please tell me what are you AMP Bassface setting?

I thought to disable the slot AMP to have a sound as real as possible!
Have you ever tried it sounds well even with the XLR outputs?

I meant to say I used the DarkFace (Fender) 65. I think the EQ is very similar to the Marco Sfolgi clean I downloaded a while back.

I also tried to bypass the amp model and that sounded good both through the cab and through the PA. I was getting a little feedback with the amp model turned off when using the cab, but that was probably due to the acoustics of the room.

Ok thanks now I have understand! :-), I also like to know what kind of mic and cabinet you are using for the acustic preset. I have tried Mic:Gold and Cab:2x12 Dark.... Eq = more or less all flat. What do you think about?

I'm using the DV 4x12 cabinet (two of them in stereo). For the virtual cabinet, I'm using the Modern 4x12, which may not be the best choice. It sounded good to me, so I didn't change anything! I don't use the direct out very often. I think I use the '58 mic off axis.

- MIC: 58US
- CAB: 2x12 Modern
- Level: 0db
- Pos: Off Axis
- Respire: ON
- HPF: OFF
- LPF: OFF
