Hi all. I hear this weird sound when I switch patches. It may be some kind of delay spillover not sure. It is very low and almost sounds like a buzzing/humming sound. Has anyone experienced this? Maybe it's that "swirling" that people have wrote about? Help guys!

Well: when we were talking about that famous "swirling" thing we were talking when you're using a patch and you're playin long notes/bends and then you hear the sound going like "up and down" and it was not uniform, constant. I think your problem is totally a different thing...Are you using a pedal board to switch from patch to patch? I don't have any pedal board (even though i'll probably buy one soon), but in Firmware 4.0 i didn't find any problem when I switch from patch to patch, the MULTIAMP is very fast when it changes the patch and I almost can't hear the space between the patch.

Thanks for your input. I think it is a glitch with the delay spillover. It sounds like a sort of buzzing that steps down in pitch when I switch patches. I use a Midi Moose to switch and there is no latency. If I can resolve this and get the MULTIAMP midi controller (and use it for wah) I'll bet set. Thanks again. Maybe I'll video it just to capture everything.

No problem! Well I actually have to confess that i didn't focus exactly what could it be, firmware 4.0 is a big step forward, but it isn't perfect, even myself found a few bugs which there weren't on firmware 3.0, but with time/updates I believe guys at DV Mark will solve it!

Yeah I think it is a glitch from the delay effect. I took it out and just used reverb - no artifacts. And I am still waiting for a reply from DV Mark. Thanks again for your input.

If you didn't get any answer from the dv mark in 3-4 days try directly contacting Riccardo Damiani on Facebook, if you've got a facebook account. I'm curious, there are more than one types of delays on the MULTIAMP, did this problem come out just with one type of delay, or with all the delays? Anyway i think you should also tell them about it...So they'll understand what it is and maybe solve it soon!

To be honest maybe just once i heard something but I'm not sure about it. To be honest (again) i don't know what it is, it sounds like a little bug quiet similar to the one we talked a lot in the other post (the swirling one) even though it actually affect another kind of thing...Just don't know, maybe it's easy to fix, but it's up to guys at DV Mark saying that.

It is very faint but for me it doesn't sound musical. I got a reply from Riccardo who referred it along. I'll keep you posted.

I made a new video that captures what I'm talking about. Please give it a listen. Maybe I have a defective unit? I don't know, but I won't gig with it like this. Please help guys. I sent it in parts to DVMark because it's about ten minutes long. I'll post it soon. Not sure how to do it. Be back in a few.
