Hi! I don't think that this is possible. The Pedalboard has only one Midi out and an usb port (for maintenance). But honestly I think one controller gets the job done

If you want extented possibilities, you should look at the G-Lab products. They make the MULTIAMP Midi controler already, and their "fuller" products allows lots of possibilities.

I am looking for the G-Lab GS3 (http://www.glab.com.pl/gsc-3_en ), and it seems perfect to control the MULTIAMP and my actual pedalboard. I wonder if i can switch my Triple 6 3 channels too.

as it has a midi port this should work for your triple 6 too.

I have the first triple 6, without midi. I emailed G lab to ask. It would be perfect for me, one pedalboard on floor to control both amp.
