storing

Hi, had.my MULTIAMP a week now but not really done much paych wise, so today i started altering existing patches changing effects etc...
When i store my changes it doesn't seem to be saving my combinations..ie if i swith out the delay be predding slot off and store when i go back to the patch the delay is back on!
Any help welcomed
