help blue screen problem

hello I have a problem when turning on the MULTIAMP stays on blue screen and you do not do anything or sound



Does anyone know if the last update can be installed in any way?

I have the exact same problem as jairlandon. One day the amp just started giving me the blue screen and the sound was gone. The leds are on but do not respond to controls. Also the cooling fan seems to be on.

Would be great to if somebody could help!
