You guys are teasing us ^^ We'd never tease you... We want only the Best for YOU all, instead of release a firmware and then release another one after a while we'd prefer to have more things added at the same time ^^ Cheers Riccardo looking forward to it.

Aargh, how many times have I pressed "Refresh" button on the DV Mark website and still no update Bite my nails and rip of my hair Pleaseeee... I've been doing the same. They must have found a real bug with the new controller and are having a hard time sorting it in the new V4 OS. It's music messa time so I wonder if they're running V4 on there demo units at the show... Anyone here going to messa?

Why not throw us a bone? Other manufacturers keep interest up sometimes by at least talking with the users. Give us a hint, is there fundamental changes to the models? Many new models? USB functionality? A real manual? A built in cigarette lighter? Surely a little discussion about an already existing product can't hurt anything.

indeed. Plus, this firmware will corect things that are IMO necessary for this product to become mature...

I'm really looking forward to the update but to be 100% honest the tone I get out of it now with version 3 is all I'll probably ever need. I'm a bit of a pedal whore and I just load up the black face in channel 1, add a bit of Digital delay and I'm done. All the drive is done with BB preamp and SL drive.
But I do feel a little frustrated with how DV Mark handle this unit but maybe they just don't have the press and PR guys that the other companies have. The way that it sounds and the price it's sold at "should" make it a massive hit with the guitar community, but it still seems to be below the radar of a lot of guys and girls.
I hope they get some new sales guys in to really push it.
A user forum on the company website would be cool and a facelift to said website would also boost the MA popularity.
Just take a look at the Kemper website and compare that to DV Mark. I rest my case.
Fingers crossed the update is soon and that it's worth the hype (that we've created). The folks over a DV Mark really make fantastic kit so I'm sure V4 is going to be super cool!

I've got to agree with 'Mork' in that I'm pretty happy with what I've got in V3. I just use a midi moose to switch presets and add a Wampler Sovreign distortion to add some extra flavour. I bought the unit mainly for live work replacing my trusty Boogie F50 which I'd had for 10 years. So I'd probably like a few more options in the way of boost/overdrive pedals in V4, I don't really notice the lag when switching presets in a live situation so that's not an issue for me. So I'm looking forward to V4 as it can only add to what is already a great bit of kit.

Perfectly said mork! I feel just the same.. the unit is really really fine, but I feel a bit worried how this promised update thing has gone and how will the future updates go. Because the competition is hard.. But still the MA is best

Just got the update. Very happy wit it so far. Latency problem seems to be gone. The digital "chirping" is gone too. Can someone explain the warmth effect? I think I understand it but want to be sure. Riccardo? Can you explain what it is and how to use it?
Also, I had a problem with my MULTIAMP and emailed DV Mark twice with no reply. They are usually very quick to respond and help. That is disappointing. If I am going to invest further, I need to know that I can get support when I need it. Thanks for reading.
Can you respond Riccardo? I really like the MULTIAMP. Thank you.

Hi Udertyrat, the WARMER is a "filter" effect that adds tubey warm character to the tone. Regarding the email we always do our best to reply in a quick way, for some reason it seems we did not receive yours... did you email info@dvmark.it ? Can you please try to resend (please keep in Cc riccardo@markbass.it). thank you!!!
