Hey guys, Here's video number 2. This should show what I'm talking about. I sent it to DVMark a few minutes ago in parts because it's 10 minutes long. There's no way I can use this live as is right now. Maybe I have a defective unit? Please help. I started a new thread because I don't know how to add a video on it (maybe my options are limited when I use my phone?). Sorry for the shoddy camera work. Please watch and listen. Thanks in advance. vimeo.com/142099957

Can you upload your presets? Then we can check if we get a similar issue / sound. Which Controller do you use?

I use a midi moose. I'm not sure I know how to upload them. I guess save on an SD card? What I'll do is record all the preset info on a video for you just in case the files don't go through. Thanks.

I got a reply from DVMARK and they said there is noise in the video. Can someone please confirm that this video is clear? I'll direct them to this site. Thanks.

Thanks. That's what I am thinking myself. There wasn't as much of a problem with the crunch. If you could try some of the other distortions I would really appreciate it. Thanks very much for your help.
I sent everything to DVMARK and hopefully they will give me some answers. If it's defective, I'm sure they will stand behind their product and send me a replacement.

I just listened to your audio. Maybe it is defective. Please try the other distortions if you can. Thanks.

A question. Was your amp in stereo mode? Just curious. Thanks.

I just listened to your audio. Maybe it is defective. Please try the other distortions if you can. Thanks. What do you mean with "other distortions" ? I have the MULTIAMP Mono. Chain was Guitar -> MULTIAMP Input -> Left XLR Out -> M-Audio C400 Audio Interface. Recorded with Reaper.

I have 5 patches. 3 are distortion. Can you switch between them instead of between the crunch and a distortion? The problem is much more pronounced between the distortions and also the clean. Thanks.

Hi! Here is new test switching between your DIST and HV preset. And yes I was able to reproduce it: www.dropbox.com/s/6e9ro6a83itfx15/MA-Test-2.mp3?dl=0So your device isn't really the problem and should be allright! It seems that this "strange" sound is related to the delay spillover / Delay settings.

I heard it. Thanks so much! I took the delay out of all my patches and no weird sound. I made a video and will post it soon. Thanks again! Hopefully it will be straightened out soon.

So how can the delay spillover be changed?
