I own that midi pedal board and was wondering that is it possible to change effects on/off with FCB buttons, for example numers 8 or/and 9 would switch delay on/off? I tried that with FW3.0, but I'm so novice with midi stuff that I didn't manage to do that.. and I don't understand is this possible now with FW4.0.. And other question is about wah effect, can it be conrolled with FCB pedals? If those are possible, it would be very nice if somebody would guide me through the process step by step

I tried to edit FCB1010 and change MA effects on and off with it, but I only got it working with the second expression pedal: when pedal is down > MA effect is on, when pedal is up > MA effect is off. It worked pretty well that way.. If somebody knows the right way to do that, I'd be happy to hear it

I saw an explanation on youtube on how to do it with a Kemper. But the Kemper gives you the CC numbers to toggle on and off. I did not see any dedicated CC numbers released in the new update.

I just bought a used FCB1010 to control my MULTIAMP. I am new to the world of MIDI and I'm a bit lost at the moment. Someone would have a tutorial to get started? (Just move from one preset to another)
thank you in advance

Hi! You can switch presets this way: Of course first you have to connect the midi cable between MA and FCB. 1. Remember the preset number in MA you want to program to the FCB, in this example it would be no 12. 2. Hold down the "Down" button in FCB for 2.5 sec. 3. Click the "Up" button in FCB. 4. Choose the 1-5 button in FCB where you want to store this MA preset, for example 1 and hold it down 2.5 sec, its red light is on now. If that light is already on, you can go to next step. And if there is some other light/lights on in FCB buttons, shut it/them down by pressing its button for 2.5 sec. (note that there could be other lights on, for example no 8 and/or 9 if you program expression pedals, but in this example there is no need for them..) 5. Now click that same button (in this case no 1) second time but only short click, the red light starts to blink. 6. Click "Up" button. 7. Now you put the MA preset number to FCB by clicking FCB buttons or using expression pedal. BUT if the MA preset number is 12, you put a number 13 to the FCB! Always put one number higher to FCB than it is in MA. In this case the MA preset number is 12, so you should put number 13. 8. Now click "Up" button. When you do this, the right preset should be changed/activated in MA and you know you did well 9. To store, click "Down" buttton for 2.5 sec in FCB. Then just repeat that when you want to program MA preset changes to other FCB banks and presets. This proceeding can be found in FCB manual page 8, chapter 2.4.3. www.behringer.com/assets/fcb1010_p0089_m_en.pdf Hope this helps. I haven't got FCB here with me now, so if I remembered those instructions incorrectly, I apologize. And almost the same way you can program a volume pedal and tap tempo to FCB. I have set the tap tempo to FCB button no 5. I haven't tried tuner function..

I just try, step by step ( i alreadly read the manual ), and it doesn't work. I think i'm missing a small thing. The issue with the preset number ( +1 on the fcb ), is the same for the midi channel?

I just manage to activate and deactivate an effect slot with FCB. Just send 2 different values on the same control change, with the same preset on the FCB. For example (I put the delay on the CC number 5 on the MULTIAMP), you can create a preset where CNT1 send out the value 0 on the CC number 5 and at the same time on the value 1 on the CC number 5 with CNT2.
I read the manual afterward, and in fact it is written in chapter 2.5
Hope it will help
