Hi I'm Craig,
I'm currently seriously considering purchasing a DV MULTIAMP. Likely at the end of this month.
The real decision is whether to pay the extra for the stereo version or stick with the Mono?
Any opinions or advice would be appreciated.

It depends on what you want to do with your MULTIAMP, personally i've got the mono version and it's amazing, i use it as main amp, with a Marshall 4x12 and it's amazing!!! It's up to you, i mean there are guys like Marco Sfogli who loves using the MULTIAMP with its Stereo functionality, he says it is better for delays and effects in general...Or guys like Andy James who doesn't care and he just play mono with one cabinet.

The main reason at looking at the MULTIAMP is that I'm trying to lighten my rig
I'm looking at going straight to the FOH. There may be odd gigs where I'll go directly into a cab.

I was using mine stereo but when I started gigging the soundman would only mic one cab anyway .... so i changed all my settings to Mono Think if I had the option again I would just buy the Mono MULTIAMP

If you use it just like a common head, always with one cabinet, i think you should buy a MULTIAMP MONO, as i said i bought it, and i don't regret it at all, because i don't have the need to use the stereo functionalities.

It seems to be heading in one direction currently. If the stereo version was worth the extra I would have no qualms going with that. I'm thinking of using the difference in cost to fund a new midi pedal.

Only Delays and this stuff sounds better with stereo, otherwise is like plugging into 2 cabinet... A good think that you can do is maybe ask on Facebook to Marco Sfogli and ask him why he likes that much using the MULTIAMP in stereo. Personally i would buy the mono version and maybe a pedalboard or a rack case.

I've just ordered my MULTIAMP Mono. I Can't wait to get my hands on it, although I'm not looking forward to linking it to my midi pedal.

I have a stereo version but always run mono but I do prefer the red knobs :-) Welcome to the MA club dude you're going to love how simple it is and how great the tones are without having to mess around with loads of EQ.

I own the stereo version but in reality for playing live shows or especially if you're using a 4x12 cab the mono is the way to go. I love this thing.

Just had correspondence from the company I bought the MULTIAMP from....
It's been delayed another 4-5 days. I'm a little disappointed, but hopefully patience is a virtue.

Yes it's unfortunate.
I was hoping I'd of had by now and ready to give it a good test at rehearsals tomorrow night.
Never mind. Good thing come to those who wait.....

It's finally arrived!!
My MULTIAMP was delivered today. And after a couple of hours turning dials and pushing buttons I'm quite impressed.
I've managed to save a couple off settings so far although it's taking a little figuring out.
The next step is to link it to my midi pedal.
I'm sure there'll be plenty of questions for you guys in the coming days/weeks.
